GERBFLOW website, GERBPRINT mentorship and affiliate program · Last updated 16 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Investingerb LLC, a Florida limited liability company that operates GERBFLOW and GERBPRINT ("we", "us"). By using gerbflow.com, applying, booking a call, joining GERBPRINT or the affiliate program, you agree to them. The GERBALGO software has its own separate terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to apply, book, pay or join.

2. Education only — not financial advice

GERBPRINT and all GERBFLOW content (calls, videos, Discord posts, indicators, journals and examples) are for education. Nothing we provide is personalised investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Investingerb LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor or introducing broker. You make and are responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Risk and results

Trading futures, options and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit. Past performance — ours, a student's, or a backtest — does not guarantee future results.

Results shown on this site are not typical. Profit, payout and account figures from Gerb and from students are individual results. Most people who learn to trade do not achieve similar results, and many lose money. We do not promise or guarantee any income, profit, funded account or payout.

4. Testimonials

Reviews and screenshots are from real students and are shown with their permission. Reviewers were not paid for them. Where a reviewer has a personal relationship with Gerb, the review says so.

5. GERBPRINT mentorship

Enrolment is by application. Accepting an application is at our discretion, and places are capped at 5 per month.
Program content, schedule and price for your tier are those shown on the GERBPRINT page and in the payment agreement you sign.
Access is personal to you. Do not share logins, recordings, indicators or course material.
We may remove anyone from the program or community for abuse, harassment, sharing paid material, or non-payment.

6. Payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and charged exactly as shown. Instalment plans cost more in total than paying in full; the total is shown in your payment agreement before you sign. GERBPRINT has a no-refund policy — see the Refund Policy. Your signed payment agreement governs the schedule.

7. Affiliate program

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they earn a commission whenever they share a GERBFLOW or GERBALGO link (for example “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you buy”), as the FTC requires.
Affiliates may not make income or performance claims beyond what is published on our sites, and may not promise results.
Commissions are paid only on completed, non-refunded, non-disputed sales attributed to your link. We may withhold commission earned through spam, self-referral or misleading promotion and end participation.

8. Content and intellectual property

All site and program content belongs to Investingerb LLC or its licensors. You may use it for your own learning, not copy, resell, or redistribute it.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and program are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Investingerb LLC is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Before bringing any claim, you agree to email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any court proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes and contact
