Refund Policy

All prices are in US dollars and are charged exactly as shown at checkout — no added processing or service fees. Sales are made by Investingerb LLC. If this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.
GERBPRINT mentorship
No refunds. GERBPRINT is a mentorship: once your spot is accepted, access is granted and time is reserved for you. All payments — paid in full or by instalment — are final and are not refunded, transferred or credited, including if you stop participating.
Payment plans
An instalment plan costs more in total than paying in full, and the full plan total is shown on your payment agreement before you sign. Instalments are billed automatically on the dates in that agreement and end after the last payment. If an instalment is more than 7 days overdue, access is paused until the balance is paid. No interest or late fees are charged.
GERBALGO software
GERBALGO's full refund terms are in section 12 of the GERBALGO Terms of Service, which you accept at checkout. In short:
- Waitlist payments and discounted or promotional periods are non-refundable (for example the $1,000 waitlist payment and any promotional first month).
- Standard-rate licence fees can be refunded in one situation only: you held a funded account, ran the software as the terms require on at least 40 of your first 50 trading days, received no payout from it in that period, and ask within 14 days. The conditions and evidence required are listed in the terms.
- Trading losses, or never getting a funded account, are not grounds for a refund.
- You can cancel any time from Settings (billing) or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues to the end of the period already paid.
- Filing a chargeback ends the licence and forfeits any refund entitlement — please contact us first.
How to ask
Email investingerb@gmail.com from the address you paid with, and include the product and date of payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
