Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Investingerb LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"), collects through gerbflow.com and gerbalgo.com and the products sold there — GERBFLOW, the GERBPRINT mentorship and the GERBALGO software — what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. 1. What we collect

We do not collect more than the product needs, we do not buy data, and we do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
2. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the products, and only what each needs:
- Supabase — database and login
- Netlify — website hosting and server functions
- Stripe and PayPal — payments and invoices
- Resend — sending email
- TradersPost — forwarding GERBALGO signals to your broker, if you connect it
- Telegram and Discord — internal notifications to our team about new applications and purchases (name, email and the details you submitted)
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr — deliver fonts and code libraries; they receive your IP address when the page loads
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to respond to a payment dispute.
3. How long we keep it
Account, billing and agreement-acceptance records are kept while you are a customer and for as long as needed afterwards for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Applications and waitlist entries that do not become customers, and booking records, are deleted on request. Visit logs are kept only in aggregate-useful form and deleted on request.
4. Your choices and rights
- Access or correct — ask us for a copy of your data or to fix it.
- Delete — see section 5.
- Marketing email — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and GERBALGO members can turn it off in Settings. Transactional emails (receipts, login, security, reminders you booked) are not marketing.
- Cookies — change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. See the Cookie Policy.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights such as objecting to processing or complaining to a regulator. Write to us and we will honour them.
5. Data deletion requests
Email investingerb@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address on your account. We will confirm it is you, then delete or anonymise your data and reply once done.
We may keep what the law or a live obligation requires — payment and tax records, the record of an agreement you accepted, and anything needed for an open dispute or chargeback — and we will tell you what was kept and why. Deleting a GERBALGO account ends access to the software.
6. Age
Our products are for adults. You must be at least 18 to apply, book, buy, or create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor has given us data, email us.
7. Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, access to the database is restricted by role, and sensitive values such as webhook URLs are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell customers by email when the change is material.
